Everyman Gaming came out with a book with Kineticist options. One has my attention for an evil game we are planing for. It is called the dream element. Unlike other kinetic blasts, these are either mind effecting, or illusion (shadow), allowing for a will save for disbelief.
My question is, does this mean every time you hit with a blast they get 2 saves? One for the blast to dodge out of the way (in the case of an aoe) and another to disbelieve it is real, or is it changed to will only since what happens is completely up to the Kineticist (much like an illusion wizard)?
