I have a question: if an orden of the bow initiate has a splitting arrow the ranged precision (+5d8 damage as standard action), the bonus damage is applyed to both arrrow?

You make separate attack rolls for each arrow, so I'd say yes, but it's ultimately up to your DM.

However, keep in mind that Order of the Bow Initiate is a horribly written class and generally never worth taking even a single level of. Ranged Precision requires a standard action to use, so it can never be combined with a full attack, including Rapid Shot, or even with Greater Manyshot or similar, if you use it you'll only get one attack that round. You'll almost always deal a lot more damage making a full attack or using Greater Manyshot, so you don't want to waste any levels on that class.

According to rules compendium, you would be wrong:

A form of attack that enables an attacker to make multiple attacks during an action other than a full-round action, such as the Manyshot feat (standard action) or a quickened scorching ray (swift action), allows precision damage to be applied only to the first attack in the group.

The splitting enchantment does not give any exception to this general rule (though greater manyshot does, not relevant here though, since you cant ranged precision greater manyshot), so only the first attack gets the precision damage. Note that's first attack not first hit.

That's right, the full-round-action is what matters, which Ranged Precision can't be used with. That rule allows a Rogue/Sorcerer using Scorching Ray with metamagic (Split Ray gets you yet another attack) to add sneak attack damage to every shot, since it's increased to a full round action.

This is yet another reason why Order of the Bow Initiate is a horribly written class that's never worth even dipping into.

Eh... it can occasionally be useful (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=19553550&postcount=248).
