A Bard, an Oath Bow and Hail of Thorns

Just doing some math here as my level 6 Lore Bard has a chance to do some spell sniping.

I have an Oath Bow which gives me advantage plus 3D6 on top of a D8 to one bad guy a day.

If I cast Hail of Thorns at level 3 does that give me an additional 3D10 damage?

So 3D6 + 1D8 + 3D10 damage?

Something like:

10.5 + 4.5 + 16.5 = 31.5 points of damage with average rolls,

18 + 8 + 30 = 56 max on days I should have bought a lottery tkt?!?

The target gets to save against Hail of Thorns, but yes.

I had a Ranger who dipped three levels of Rogue, so when he Sneak Attacked with the Oathbow he got 5d6+1d8+3d10+5 damage for a whopping 43.5 points of damage on an average roll.
