Hey all,
I'm trying to make a Telhammer Flamecaster with a monster race that can control light. Are there any Shade(http://dnd.arkalseif.info/races/races-of-faerun--23/shade--99/index.html) Racial Progression or Savage Progression in 3.5 or Pathfinder?
Or something equivalent with Light Control or the ability to decrease the step of light around them?
