Looking for racial stats for older race

Does anyone know if there have been 5e conversions for the Cecaelia (https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Cecaelia_(3.5e_Race)) as a playable race? I haven't been able to find any so far and I would like to use them in a game I am working on.

There's nothing in the compendium (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?481588-D-amp-D-5e-Homebrew-Compendium-2). This must be a pretty obscure race...

...That's fairly good though. I'd question a few of the design decisions, but it's not terribly out of balance.
