His story is growing up hearing of his and his elven noble family´s greatness, getting history lessons,
being tought in the art of speech-craft and being taken out on hunts and border skirmishes with Orcs and
other unsavory folk intruding on their domain. As he became older he became a masterful archer, silent as a mouse
tho quite arrogant and feeling superior thanks to his breeding. All this changed when some unknown rival had a
mercenary group attack the family estate. After the smoke had setteled all the mercenaries lay dead, but alas so did
every last member of his family and their guards, only him and his young attendant had survived the battle and the only
clue to who did it being something from the trinket list in the PHB.

Now all he wants is to get revenge for his family´s death and to gather enough riches and resources to restore his
family legacy and become its glorious leader.

So what do you guys and girls think of this character?

Oh and could also take some advice on what level 1-2 wizard spells to pick, know I will take find familiar and invisibility,
but other than that what would be good for a arrogant elf who thinks very highly of himself and wants maximum comfort even when out
adventuring?

for cantrips I were thinking: Create bonfire, mending, minor illusion and mold earth.

Looks like you’re committing a lot of resources into the basket of going first for assassin advantage. It’s not a bad strategy, but leaves you wanting advantage after round one.

Also you are dedicating a lot of resources into the crit fishing with elven accuracy, with relatively small crits. If you wait until your last attack or crit to sneak attack you might get a good one in once a round, but overall your damage comes from SS hits. The crit fishing strategy is only really powerful if you have something like eldritch smite to make the crits worth it.

To sum up, it’s a fine build that lacks a lot of options. Don’t bother bumping int and get more feats. I’d get sharpshooter earlier.
