Looking for advice on my level 4 sneak attack based rogue, who is heavy on battlefield mobility to set up flanking. Here's where I'm at so far, and some plans for the future:

Rogue3/Fighter1
Race - Strongheart Halfling
Alignment - CG

ACF's:
Rogue3 - Penetrating Strike
Fighter1 - Sneak Attack Fighter, Hit-and-Run-Tactics

Flaw:Shaky

Feats:
Strongheart Bonus:Hidden Talent - Dimension Hop
Flaw: Travel Devotion
Rogue1: Two-Weapon Fighting
Rogue3: Weapon Finesse

Weapons:
Shortsword(small) +1 - 1d4+1
Dagger - 1d3

Equipment:
Anklet of Translocation - 2/day swift action teleport up to 10 feet
Chronocharm of the Horizon Walker -1/day swift action move half my movement speed, no AoO's provoked.

Attacks as of right now:
Primary hand: +8 attack roll, 1d4+1 with possible 3d6 sneak attack
Off hand: +7 attack roll, 1d3 with possible 3d6 sneak attack

Up to 5 swift action teleport/movements to set up flanking - 2 from Hidden Talent - Dimension Hop, 2 from Anklet of Translocation, 1 from Chronocharm.

I use marbles to set up flat-footed sneak attacks when I can't flank, so SA is semi-reliable.

Future Equipment:
Boots of Psionic Skating - increase movement speed by 15ft
Shadow Cloak - 3/day immediate action 10 foot teleport away from incoming melee attack

Future Feats:
Craven - 1/character level damage added to sneak attack damage
Sacred Strike - increases sneak attack dice to d8 vs evil foes (that's a lot of what I face, usually)
Maybe Shadow Blade, if i can fulfill the prerequisites. Would the damage stack with Hit-and-Run damage?

Anything I should have done better up to this point, and any suggestions for where to go from here?

As always, thanks in advance. You guys rock
