Okay so if a celestial warlock followed a solar angel and that Angel happened to fall into evil what does that mean for a warlock? Does it lose the celestial powers and gain all fiend ones? Or does the warlock keep it's old celestial abilities and gain new fiend ones? Just curious.

Ask your DM.

A fallen angel could remain a celestial (the creature type), depending on what lore your table follows. It could also definitely become a fiend (eg the origins of the erinyes according to some).

But even that doesn't automatically dictate what happens with the warlock. Some take power directly from their patron and would be influenced by this change, others were initially set upon the path, tutored by, etc and have more control over what happens next because they aren't so closely linked.

But yeah, ask your DM.

Completely up to the GM.

The Warlock can change Patron and get an un-fallen Celestial again.

The rules say nothing about that scenario.

Do you want the PC to change along with the patron angel? Then do it.

Do you want the PC to work against its former master, using the powers granted by its former master's office (which is now occupied by a new uncorrupted angel)? Then do that instead.

Does nothing happen because the Pact is a separate entity that adjudicates according to its original terms, no matter what? Then stay the course.

Any of those sound like valid events to me, so it really depends on what sort of story the player wants.
