Hey guys,
One of my players in my game wants to play as a binder (from Tome of Magic) which is fine. He's also going to use a prestige class for it later but the problem is is that all the binder prestige classes pretty much "tie you" to one vestige. Rules-wise, this doesn't matter but roleplaying-wise it really doesn't fit his character concept (which is more of a "follow all the vestiges"). While playing a pure binder isn't out of the question for him, he would like to have a prestige class.
We've talked about it but we can't really think up much. The concept is that the PrC chooses to be a generalist rather than a specialist, gaining the ability to make pacts quicker and expel vestiges without as much of a penalty. Obviously, the PrC should give full soul binding progression. And he should probably get Rapid Pact Making as a bonus feat and/or increase in number of daily uses. Requirements would probably be something like Expel Vestige, Sudden Ability Focus, and Ignore Special Requirements. Probably also require the character not to have Favored Vestige. Other than that, we're sort of stumped. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
