I am starting a group where cheese is the main goal. Come up with an original character (backstory not required) that streaches the rules further than a super water baloon launcher.
Rules:
Nothing epic, thing s are already broken at this point.
No gesalt
No flaws
All books are alowed
Please give a progression of levels, list of feats, and the basic weapon or weapons (a long sword instead of a flame tongue), race, and finaly the ECL of the character

4x mighty dagger-whips
This build works best with wounding on all four mighty dagger-whips enchanted with the wounding special ability. At level 20 it has 16 attacks with a -2 penalty, or 12 with o penalty. Each attack does the full strength score +1d6 and 1 point of constitution damage. Also, whenever any one tries to close He gets two attacks of opportunity.
