Flame Arrow

If a fire based Dragon Sorcerer of at least 6th level was to cast Flame Arrow does each arrow add his Charisma modifier to the 1d6 fire damage? What if someone else is firing the arrow?

RAW? I'd read it as one arrow that the sorceror got to choose (as a free action). The feature that you're talking about specifies one damage roll of that spell.

RAW? Almost definitely not.

As a DM though I would 100% allow it to encourage anybody to take that awful spell.
