How would you do a psionic version of the Adept NPC class?
How many pp should it get? What power lists should be available to it?
Are there any powers it definitely shouldn’t have access to?

Dreamscarred Press has a Psionic NPC class called the Augur (http://dsp-d20-srd.wikidot.com/augur), although it does need to be updated to Pathfinder.

Fascinating! I had no idea. It would mostly be skills that need a Pathfinder overhaul, right?

They'd also have to get some knacks, the 0-level powers, as that wasn't a thing originally.\

EDIT: Also a d6 hit hie.

Makes sense. Giving them the Knacks trait should be easy enough.

Yeah and the power names. Also it would get buffed to d6 HD as normal for PF's ½ BAB classes.
