Add this class feature to all classes at level 1:

Perfect Balance (Ex)
A [name of class] automatically succeeds on all Balance skill checks.

I guess it would fix balance.
I mean there is so many times where adventurers fail because they slip or fall.

Aww, figures. I did do a forum search for "balance skill" to make sure I wasn't making an obvious duplicate thread, at least.
