In the new book, racial feats are added, but I have a few questions.
For the elf subraces, there are exclusive feats.
This includes drow high magic, wood elf magic and more.
In SCAG, it allows half elves to give up skill versatility to take a feature from their elf half.

So here’s the question:
Can half elves take racial feats that go with their elf half?

Xanathar's calls out Elven Accuracy as the only Elf racial feat that Half-Elves are eligible for. However, your DM may well rule differently if you ask.
