I was reading College of Swords and I realized it doesn't specify or even imply "melee attack" for the blade flourishes, just a "weapon attack".
I was thinking we could build a fairly decent archer character by stealing swift quiver, and maybe picking up a few feats. Do you think that a ranged CoSw character could be better than the melee version? How would you build one?
