Quick question with the Shadow Hand teleportation maneuvers (specifically Shadow Jaunt / Stride / Blink).
Can you use maneuvers like this outside of combat? Stances, it quite explicitly states, can be used outside of combat, but I can't find anywhere where it says the same about maneuvers. In the case of thes particular maneuvers, they only require Standard / Move / Swift actions respectively.
The reason that I ask is because either of these could be very handy travel powers, in certain circumstances. Sure, at 50' per use, with a one round delay while you regain your maneuver, they aren't the best way to run across an open field. But in dangerous terrain, or mountainous passages, very handy! Almost (but not quite) a teleport (very short range) at will ability.
