Did Tempest Clerics gain anything in Xanathar's?

Tempest clerics have two unique abilities: maximum lightning/thunder damage 1/short rest with a two level dip and a push effect with any lightning damage at level 6 (most likely making this a cleric that dips into something else). Does anything in Xanathar's synergize with either of these abilities?

Storm Herald Barbarians with the Sea as their chosen badland can shoot lighting as a bonus action within 10' while raging. That builds synergy reasonably with the push from Thunderbolt Strike, especially since it still does half damage on a failed save.
