There is no PHB 2. You're probably thinking of Xanathar's Guide to Everything, which has a lot of new player options, but also has some great stuff for the DM.

There are no PDFs. WotC does not sanction PDFs, and anyone who provides you a link is not only violating copy right law, but is violating the rules of this forum and can get banned for it.

I think you might mean Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.

No official pdfs exist for any 5e books though except for the elemental evil primer, despite the money that WotC would make from them.
