Cartomancer witch and multiple touch spell

Say I'm playing a cartomancer witch and cast a spell that affects willing creatures. Can I, as a full round action, use my deliver touch spells ability of my card throwing to hit up to six allies from a distance with it?

Totally can, up to the maximum range increment(100ft) but I would assume you would have to roll a ranged touch attack even against willing allies. Unless they were within touch range.

Yes, and as the archetype mentions, you do have to make a ranged touch attack to hit your ally with the card.
