Hi...

So I have been looking for a rule, whuch I'm unable to find. I remember reading that a spell made permanent could only be dispelled by someone of equal to or highter CL, than the one who made the spell permanent. I cant find this rule anywhere... was it an old 2.0 or 3.0 rule? We play 3.5 and now I seem to be unable to find such rule!

Thanks!

Should be in the spell text of Permanency. It applies only to Personal spells that you render Permanent on yourself, and offers them protection against casters weaker than you were when you cast the Permanency (so if you give yourself a Permanent effect at 9th level when you first get access to the spell, it doesn't become harder to Dispel when you make it up to level 15.) Permanent effects on other creatures, objects, or areas do not have this benefit; probably most relevant to the Monk who wants to be wandering around with a Permanent Enlarge Person and Greater Magic Fang acquired from somebody else.
