A DM for an older campaign that ended up on the wayside is picking it back up and I've got to dust off my old character. It's been long enough that I honestly don't remember a lot of the higher level stuff I had planned, like future feats and any items I might want to pick up, so I figured I'd check with you guys to see if anyone's got any ideas.
The character is a Level 8 Human Samurai (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/alternate-classes/samurai/)(Sword Saint (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/alternate-classes/samurai/archetypes/paizo-samurai-archetypes/sword-saint/), [Order of the Shield (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/cavalier/orders/paizo-cavalier-orders/order-of-the-shield/)]), with the feats Catch Off-Guard (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/catch-off-guard-combat/), Step Up (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/step-up-combat-final/), Equipment Trick (Heavy Blade Scabbard) (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/equipment-trick-combat/), Power Attack (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/power-attack-combat-final/), Weapon Focus (Katana) (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/weapon-focus-combat-final/), and Stage Combatant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/stage-combatant-combat/). I had a +1 Keen (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/magic-weapon-special-abilities/keen/) Cold Iron Katana and a +1 Returning (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/magic-weapon-special-abilities/returning/) Sharpened Combat Scabbard (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment/weapons/weapon-descriptions/combat-scabbard-sharpened/). Ability scores at 22,14,16,14,12, and 16.
So going back over it a few things were easily remembered, the goal was to beat people up with a scabbard until attacking with an iajutsu strike with a 25% chance to crit and a pretty high chance to confirm. Also boomeranging the scabbard at people as part of the attack because it's hilarious and the scabbard lets me stem the tide without attacking them with the katana and ruining the iajutsu strike.
So, anyone got any ideas for cool feats I might want to look at for the future or cool items I should be looking out for?
