Above are a couple charts I generated for a friend. With Elven Accuracy, we wanted a clear picture of what the gains might be from the feat, especially in conjunction with Lucky etc.
The first chart shows the probability (0 ~ 1) of landing a hit with a certain Attack Bonus and Target AC when rolling a given number of d20s (and taking the maximum roll).
The second chart is generated from the SRD, showing average monster AC with CR, and the minimum and maximum AC at the same CR.
