Metamagic using guide?

Is there a metamagic using guide anywhere? I want to roll up a 6th level sorcerer/wild mage but I'm having trouble trying to figure out which spells to metamagic and how put metamagic onto them without making the spell level too high.

It is simple: psionic sanwich in a guide then use metamagics.
Now you are a metamagic using guide.
There is no other metamagic using guides than guides into which people are psionic sandwiched.

Or just take a single level in spelldancer and persist everything.(by becoming undead,construct or immortal which might reduce hp total unless you use faeries mysteries initiate)
