Ok just wondering when the A creature fuses with B creature. Creature A is the psionicist and creature B is the monster type X. Does the Fused monster X get his own attacks as well or does the fused monster only act as the psionicist????

Er, can you clarify what you mean? I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. However, to answer what I think you mean:

The result of Fusion is only one creature, though it's stats are derived based on that of two. This makes it much like the hybrid from of a lycanthrope.

Since the result of Fusion (which you call X) is only one creature, it only has one set of actions. The psionicist's mind is in control of said action, unless it gives control to the other creature.
