So I'm in a group right now who absolutely hates rolling dice. It takes too long for them apparently. So they often do things like everything is average, So our cleric with 6d6 channels only heals 28 each time.

My goal with making a character is making one that rolls the fewest possible dice. Either takes 10 on every skill check there is, uses effects like Maximized magic missiles, etc. If there is a way to avoid rolling, I'm looking for it.

Simple, cast spells that don't have attack rolls or variable effects. Your enemies will do all the rolling.

At 19th level, a bard can take 10 on a skill anytime anywhere.

In addition, the law domain (http://archivesofnethys.com/DomainDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Law) 1st level power allows one to treat attacks saves and skill checks as if they roll 11 for one round. If you can do this at will you get the average but sunny side up.

Abadar seems to work out pretty well to me. I also found Iona who lets you do the same with your fists and eventually does max damage when you crit.

If only versatile performance worked in a way that would allow me to use Magnum Opus with it.

If D&D 3.5 content is allowed, Races of the Wild has a feat for elves which allows them to add +2 to every check they take 10 or take 20 on. Focused mind would require some adaptation, however, as the other prerequisite is 2 ranks of concentration.

Wouldn't it be redundant? Since your group already takes average on the dice, you practically get that for free, right? What's their stance on attack rolls and saves? Do you just compare your attack roll/saving throw +10 vs your opponent's AC/DC? Or what?
