Evil Santa as a player character

So saw a post about making Santa so now I wanted to do the opposite and make a Krampus style character and were thinking what race/class(es) to use.

Were thinking maybe some kind of thiefling subrace and mix of fiendlock/oathbreaker would fit a demonic Santa? Dunno what skills and background would fit tho... *scratches head*

Could re-fluff necromancy minions as decaying gingerbread men and evil awakened toys and such perhaps?

Well, given his nature, I would think that there would at least be some levels of Warlock here. Then maybe some Conquest Paladin for the "you had better be good, or ELSE" feel?

ah and conquest pally´s focus on fear would fit well also, did not think of that thx. :)
