I guess that the title says it all, doesn't it?
I need every says to increase the ST of a wizard that has access to basically every spell and likely 1 milion and more GP. Any idea is great!

A bit more of context for those who care: The wizard is simply my wizard (my first wizard and first PC ever), a level 25 character (Gray Elf Wizard 5 - Mage of Arcane Order 7 - Olin Gisir 1 - Archmage 4 - Incantatrix 8) who returns into the game in another campaign, where he will take part into a 3/4 sessions adventure for another party who reached level 21 as the "Badass dude various centuries ahaed of you".
The point is: actually, I never played him in the Epic Levels. His campaign ended at the "simple" level of 18, but since we use this our homebrew setting for all our campaigns, he is still there and 200 years after his campaign he reached 25 by fluffing it.

At his time this dude was a ground controller and buffer, with a pinch of counterspeller to protect the party where he was the only spellcaster, and his modest ST +18/+19/+21 were enough, but since we go into epic levels and we always had high power games... well, I want to improve my wizard ST.
I also have 3 milions GP (1 for equipment while other 2 are supposed to be used for epic spellcasting - possibly without breaking the game - and other things, like his mother****ing floating island -move mountain epic spell, homebrewed for our setting).

Consider that 300k should already be spent in a Vest of the Archmagi and a +6 Intellect Headband, Dexterity Gloves and Health Bracers (I can swap them out, if needed, but by themselves are already +3 to Reflex Save and Fortitude Save).

P.S. Bonus point: every item that in the standard campaign you can only dream of can be in possession of my character, with the obvious limit of them being non epic items, which I already have and are out of this matter (a staff and a particular set of "glasses").
That's the incredible power of being a Elminster-in-training Wizard.

I refer you to this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?201638-Team-Primeval) and this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?188138-Team-Solars-(Archiving)).

Make sure you have all the immunities you need, as well.

Those are for sure... pretty interesting solutions, even if I doubt that I will go for 100+ AC tbh

Just some ideas for saving throws:

-(item) of resistance +5
-Empyreal armor/shield enchantment (good on a mithral buckler for spellcasters, I have one... let's you transfer the item's enhancement bonus to a resistance bonus that stacks, so that's up to +5 at non-epic levels and add epic levels it can be as high as you can actually afford, basically... transfer your AC to resistance at will depending on what you're fighting.)
-stone of good luck
-pale green ioun stone

There's also some flat GP cost enchantments that you can add to armor and shields that give you situational bonuses to certain kinds of saves.

With just the 4 items I mentioned, that's essentially +12 to all of your saving throws. I'm sure there's probably even more that I've missed.

Continual item of Superior Resistance does a +6 bonus.
Continual item of Favor of the Martyr is also mentioned a ton in epic games (although you'd need a paladin to craft it).
Also going to drop "List of Necessary Magic Items (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?187851-3-5-Lists-of-Necessary-Magic-Items)"
Also a list of *most* possible ways to die (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?462619-If-it-has-stats-we-can-kill-it-Adaptive-Evolution), albeit in a humorous manner

Continual item of Superior Resistance does a +6 bonus.
And is called a cape of epic resistance and costs 360,000 gp. Because the formulas in the DMG are only partial guidelines, not rules, and somehow people keep forgetting that your supposed to compare custom items to already existent ones for a sanity check.
