Weapon and armor proficiency:
Draconic Ascendants are proficient in all simple weapons and light armor.

Draconian claws:
Starting at level 1 a Draconic Ascendant may grow large claws on their hands as a free action. These claws are treated as natural weapons. At level 1 these claws deal a d6 slashing damage that are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming DR. These claws become stronger and sharper as they level up, dealing 1d8 damage at level 5, 1d10 at level 9, and 1d12 damage at level 13. Additionally at level 8 their claws are considered silver and cold iron for bypassing Dr, level 15 the critical multiplier of their claws become x3 instead of a x2, and at level 19 their claws are considered adamantine for bypassing Dr and may ignore Dr/-. This ability counts as if the Draconic Ascendant has the improved unarmed strike feat.

Dragons blood:
At level 1 a Draconic ascendant must choose a type of dragon that their abilities come from.

Elemental Reservoir:
A Draconic ascendant has an innate pool of magical energy drawn from their draconic blood. They are able to pool from this energy to be able to perform magical feats. A Draconic ascendant has a maximum reservoir of this energy equal to 3+their level. As a free action they may draw from this energy and deal an additional d6 element damage (of their chosen dragons blood) with all of their attacks for a round. While atleast 1 point stays within their reservoir, whenever a Draconic ascendant casts a spell with the element type of their chosen dragon. they deal an additional +1 damage per dice.

Dragon Scales:
Starting at level 2 Draconic scales, the color of their chosen dragon, begin to grow on the the Draconic ascendant. They gain a +2 natural armor bonus that increases by +1 for every three levels of Draconic Ascendant after lvl 2 (Ex lvl5-3ac, lvl8-4ac). As well as the scales give a semblance of protection from their dragons element, giving an energy resist of their element equal to their Draconic ascendant level.

Dragon style:
At level 3 the Draconic ascendant gains the Dragon style combat feat, even if they do not meat the prerequisites.

Spell casting:
Beginning at 4th level, a Draconic ascendant gains the ability to cast a small number of arcane spells drawn from the Draconic ascendant spell list. To learn or cast a spell, a Draconic ascendant must have a Charisma score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. He can cast spells he knows without preparing them ahead of time. The saving throw DC against a Draconic ascendant spell is 10 + the spell level + the Draconic ascendant Charisma modifier.

Like other spellcasters, a Draconic ascendant can cast only a certain number of spells of each level per day. His base daily spell allotment is given on Table below. In addition, they receive bonus spells per day if he has a high Charisma score. The Draconic ascendant does not need to prepare these spells in advance; they can cast any spell he knows at any time, assuming they hasven’t yet used up their allotment of spells per day for the spell’s level.

The Draconic ascendant’s selection of spells is limited. At 4th level, a Draconic ascendant knows two 1st-level spells of his choice. A Draconic ascendant gains more spells as he increases in level, as indicated on the table below. Unlike spells per day, the number of spells a Draconic ascendant knows is not affected by their Charisma score. At 8th level and every 3 levels thereafter, a Draconic ascendant can choose to learn a new spell in place of one he already knows. This swap follows all the same rules as for a sorcerer.

Dragons breath:
Starting at 6th level they may tap into their elemental power to perform a breath attack similar to those of their draconic blood. By expending 3 points from their elemental reservoir they may perform a 30ft cone or a 60ft line breath attack that deals 1d6 element damage(that of their chosen dragon) for every two levels they possess. The Dc for their breath attack is 10+1/2 character level+charisma modifier.

Elemental endurance
Starting at level 7 whenever a Draconic ascendant slays a creature with their dragons chosen element from an ability they used, they regain a single point of elemental reservoir. The ability used could be from the element attack of their weapons, dragons breath, or a spell with their chosen elements damage. They may only regain a max of 1 point a round.

Mettle:
At level 9 the Draconic ascendant gains the Mettle ability. By drawing on their natural magic abilities they may shrug off effects that would otherwise hinder most. Whenever they succeed on a fortitude or will save that would normally produce a lesser effect on a successful save. they instead ignore the effect.(Ex- half damage on will save) You do not gain the effects of Mettle while sleeping or unconscious.

improved Elemental Reservoir:
At level 10 a Draconic ascendant may now use 2 of their elemental reservoir points as a free action to deal an additional +2d6 element damage to their claws for a round

Wings:
Starting at level 11 large leathery wings grow from the Draconic Ascendance's back that are large enough to propel them in flight. They gain a flight speed equal to their speed at good maneuverability. They may only fly with these wings as long as they are carrying a light load. These wings may also be used as secondary natural weapons that deal 1d4+1/2 str mod damage.

Draconic absorption:
At level 14, whenever a Draconic ascendant gets hit from an attack that uses their chosen element, and the elemental damage exceeds their energy resistance. After taking damage they may regain a single point towards their elemental reservoir.

greater Elemental Reservoir:
At level 16 a Draconic ascendant may now use 3 of their elemental reservoir points as a free action to deal an additional +3d6 element damage to their claws for a round

Timeless body:
At 17th level, a Draconic ascendant no longer takes penalties to his ability scores for aging and cannot be magically aged. Any such penalties that he has already taken, however, remain in place. Age bonuses still accrue, and the Draconic ascendant still dies of old age when his time is up.

Draconic Ascension:
At level 20, the draconic energy that has built up within them and may explode it outwards, transforming them into a dragon. They are forever more considered dragons for the purpose of spells and magical effects. Additionally they may increase their size by one step(max huge). When in their draconic transformation they gain the following bonuses to their scores. Strength+8, dexterity -2, constitution +4, and natural armor +4. As well as the following immunities, Chosen element, paralysis, sleep, and daze. The Draconic Ascendant may shift between their humanoid and their dragon form as a full round action.

I'd suggest at level 4ish making the claw attacks overcome DR/Magic and at level 12 and possibly 18 increasing the Threat Range of the claws from 20 to 19-20 at 12 and 18-20 at 18...

I do really appreciate/enjoy how this looks very similar to a draconic-monk-sorcerer...
