V human + 1 DEX and CON, perception skill and Observant +1 WIS,
Start attributes: 8/16/16/8/16/8
Starting with monk up to 5 grabbing long sword and longbow from Kensai, proficiencies acrobatics and stealth, +2 DEX.
Then go 4 levels gloam stalker ranger netting you maxed DEX, WIS to initiative, extra attack on first round, dueling style and some ranger spells and proficiency in survival. Finish off with rest in Kensai, take mobile feat and max WIS.
End stats 8/20/16/8/20/8, proficient in all saves.
How functional would this build be and would it be better as 16 gloam 4 Kensai?
