Santa and his reindeer, xmas one shot

I'm planning a one shot on boxing day. The premise is that the PC's will be elf's who work at Santa's death camp factory and break free to murder the man in the red suit.

I will pre generate the characters at level 7 so flight is on the table for the PC's.

I was wondering if anyone had any fun ideas either as obstacles for them to gave before confronting Santa and also what you might do with Santa and 8 reindeer as an appropriate encounter.

I really just started working on this so any ideas are welcome

Dwarf blackguard? With a reindeer mob special mount? And the spiritual chariot spell. And one of those magical siege weapons from heroes of battle pulled from his bags of holding? And a continuous effect of investiture of the bearded devil?

I like the dwarf blackguard idea. Maybe one of those dwarfs that do the crazy aerial drop attacks thrown in there for good measure with a teleport stone or something so he can drop on people then Swift action back into his sleigh?
I like idea of Santa being evil and running a slave camp, so I don't think I'll use the empathic version, also cr20 is too high for the one shot (people could just teleport away and nuke him no problem). But thanks for the suggestion!

rockdeworld's Santa (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=14384481&postcount=71) is considerably more frightening. However, I'm not sure I'd send a 7th level party up against him.
