From where would a deity with cleric levels gain they daily divine allotment of spells from?

Well, either they worship an ideal or they worship their overdeity if their in a chain of command.

Well, by RAW there's nothing preventing them from worshipping themselves and gaining Clerical power from it. Although past Divine Rank 2 I think it's able to be redundant because they can cast any spell they can grant at-will.

One would assume from their own innate divine power.

They certainly do not worship the DM, since the DM is already in complete and utter control of them.

I assume that like all PC clerics they are powered by unshakable faith in their own awesome

Their portfolio(s). Just as a human cleric has to live up to certain ideals to retain their divine power, so must a diety be true to itself to retain it's power. If they are no longer in step with what they represent, a part of them is forever sealed off to them by their own nature. Now, dieties get quiet a bit of leeway, since they have some ability to define the fine details of what their portfolio entails, but they still have limits.

Well in goblin web comic a pc dwarf can worship the DM, so why not several deities?

Strictly speaking, there's no answer to this question, but it's probably safe to assume that it's just their own, personal power. Certainly it's not Ao, since Ao does not grant spells. Ever.

In general, I would avoid thinking about deity stat-blocks too much - they are a bad dumb idea that is bad.

Clerics usually get their spells from deities. So, a deity who is also a cleric is essentially a cleric of itself, so it is granting itself its spells by its own deific power. There is nothing in the rules that say a cleric CAN'T get its spells from its own power, after all.

The best way to look at it is that they're not really clerics or priests of any kind. Those are just part of their inherent divine powers which are being represented by clerical levels.

Gods are merely psions, that other people worship.
