What's the campaign name that these gods come from? Pathfinder's gods have Golarion, Dragonlance gods have Krynn, Scarred Land gods have Scarn, so where do the gods belong in Book of the Righteous.

The one from Green Ronin? It is not tied to any campaign setting, making it a cosmology that you can simply plug & play. This third party product is a 5E update from their 3.0 book.
