Changing characters in an AL campaign?

In adventures league, you are aloud to change your character, as long as they are under lv 5. Does this include campaigns like “Out of the abyss?”

Hardcover adventures are AL Legal. As long as you rebuild following the rules, and before you play your first session as a level 5 PC, you're good.
