Charnel Touch and Natural Attacks

Is it possible to channel the Charnel Touch ability of the Dread Necromancer (HoH) through a natural attack as additional damage? I'm building a PC with a strong bite attack and I'm less concerned about the damage and more about whether I can apply Enervating Touch through it.

you don't channel charnel touch through an attack (weapon or natural attack) it has its own separate attack roll.
