The monk class presumes in the PHB that you're playing a creature with no natural weapons, if this isn't a case do your natural weapons benefit from flurry and the increasing damage die size?

you can use either flurry or natural attacks in the same round not both, and natural attacks to not normally benefit from monk bonuses, However if you posess the Beast strike feat your base unarmed strike damage is increased by your claw damage, which gets really sick if you've dipped Warlock for eldritch claws.

For Example, A monk 12 hits for 2d6+ str or 4d8+str when buffed by an equal lv Greater mighty wallop

Monk 12 Warlock 1 with eldritch claws, beast strike and a lesser chaucible of fell power hits for 6d6+str or 12d8+6 when similarly buffed

You could do flurry of blows with unarmed strike using monk bonus, after that you could perform all available natural attacks as secondary attacks (with -5 to AB) without monk bonus.

If you want Unarmed strike available during an attack routine of something else, like for Stunning Fist abilities, you can take the Snap Kick feat to add an unarmed attack to the routine.

Ok so monk is completely useless to me as I don't actually have the limbs needed for an unarmed attack

A Nightwing monk. Or at least that was the plan. It's a gestalt game.

Monks can make an unarmed strike with any part their body. As long as you have a physical body, you can make an unarmed strike.

Nightwing? as in the huge undead that eats magic? If your DM allows it go ahead and go for it but Swordsage would probably be a better fit than monk.
