First I'd like to lead with this is legit as far as I'm aware, but is also 100% a gimmick entirely for the purpose of fun.

So, I wanted to play a super low power pathfinder game for fun; easy.
Human only, 10 point buy; nothing fishy here.
Two character traits, plus one with an appropriate drawback as determined by GM; fair.
Starting gear is tbd in game, but essentially you're a 15 y/o student; your belongings are appropriate as such.
Paizo only content, no 3rd party; but we don't need 3rd party for these shenanigans.
Buckle the f*ck up friends, we're gonna go real fast.

Statline at 1 HD: 7 Str, 18+2 Dex, 12 Con, 7 Int, 7 Wis, 13 Cha
Trait 1: Reactionary (Combat)
Trait 2: Two World Magic (Magic) [Anticipate Peril -> Druid spell list]
Trait 3: Destined Pioneer (Race, Human) [Favored Terrain (in this example, urban)
Clarification: Favored terrain is not a trait bonus, and when you get a new favored terrain you can increase the bonuses of any current favored terrain or choose a second; we're increasing one to +4.
Drawback: doesn't really matter, but on the fly...; After rolling initiative, any subsequent initiative rolls within 24 hours are rolled twice and use the lower roll
Fey Magic: Human Racial Trait; Replaces Skilled (pick same favored terrain as Destined Pioneer, be sure to take Anticipate Peril as 1st level spell via Two World Magic)
Focused Study: Replaces bonus feat; Skill Focus (Knowledge [any, do a learn])
1 HD Feat: Improved Initiative

So at 1 HD Warrior, we're talking: +5 from dex, +4 from Improved Initiative, +2 from Fey Magic Favored Terrain, +2 from Reactionary, +2 from Destined Pioneer Favored Terrain, +1 from Anticipate Peril
+16 +15
Granted, by this point, you should be fully aware this character is absolutely a gimmick character; but would be incredibly interesting for situational use or just for fun.
Which is the point, to have fun playing games.

So, +16 +15 at 1 HD on an NPC class is decent. What happens when we hit a milestone, say, 10 HD?
How does an average initiative result of 53 48 once per day sound?

10 HD Warrior, from Focused Study you get a Skill Focus in anything, cool; hfbro.
4 HD +1 Dex (yep), 8 HD +1 Dex (duh)
22 Dex at 10 HD with no items/magic items

Let's cover feats for 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level:
3rd: Eldritch Heritage (Arcane) [Hare Familiar]
This is why we have 13 charisma, if you were wondering; also the Skill Focus in knowledge.
This little bugger here gives us a +4 init bonus; that's hella rad.
5th: Defiant Luck (Human only)
This is a 1/day reroll on a failed save, or a 1/day force a source of critical hit to reroll; that is pretty cool, but only a prerequisite.
7th: Inexplicable Luck (Human only)
1/day, prior to a d20 roll, add +8 typeless bonus to that d20 roll; translation, +8 initiative 1/day
9th: Combat Stamina
There's a nifty little f*cking bit in here that literally f*cking mimics a Mythic Feat. Spend 10 Stamina Points to treat your initiative roll as if it were a natural 20.
*INHALES SHARPLY*
boi.
Quick clarification, how many Stamina points do you have? You have you BAB plus Con mod; in this example at 10 HD, you have 11.

So, the tally is here kiddos.
Spend 10 Stamina points to make Initiative 20, plus:
+6 Dex, +4 Improved Initiative, +4 Familiar, +8 Inexplicable Luck, +2 Reactionary, +2 Fey Magic Favored Terrain, +2 Destined Pioneer Favored Terrain, +5 Anticipate Peril
26, 30, 34, 42, 44, 46, 48, 53.

1/DAY YOUR INITIATIVE IS 53 48
Okay, this is without any ally intervention, and you're a f*cking NPC class.
This also assumes you don't have, say, a belt of dexterity +2/+4 or even a f*cking Cat's Grace active.
Edit: this is where I say, just get someone else to get Anticipate Peril on you?
You're pretty much worthless in any other situation, but if you need to roll Initiative upwards of 50 you can.

Banter: If you really wanted to argue true shenanigans, throw a Mythic Tier 1 with Display of Dexterity to replace the Anticipate Peril +5 insight bonus for a +20 instead.

So yea, I thought this was hilarious. Also 10 HD is a level ceiling within the realm of normalcy, not many games progress beyond 10.
Below edit: Anticipate Peril is a 1st level spell, and can't be spliced with the Druid spell list. The biggest source of potential criticism is probably as follows; Two World Magic to add Anticipate Peril onto the Druid spell list, and thus gaining Anticipate Peril as your 1st level 1/day spell-like ability from the human racial trait Fey Magic. Because Fey Magic explicitly requires you to choose from a spell list (Druid) and Two World magic explicitly says add a spell from a different spell list to your class spell list, this should work. Also, as a GM, you're basically making an otherwise worthless human being. Your initiative is good, on any day, but 1/day it's arguably broken. Anything else you do (except benefiting from full BAB, d10 HD, and full Fort progression) is noticeably below par.
