Hi all!

Improved precise shot feat has a +11 BaB prerequisite, is there a way (for example a prestige class) to obtain it without that prerequisite? Any manual or magazine avaible.

Zen Archer Monk can pick it as a bonus feat at 6th.

Martial Monk (Dragon Magazine #310, page 45) can pick it up as a bonus feat at 1st, 2nd, or 6th.

Guided shot, a 1st level spell in the Spell Compendium, can duplicate the effect as far as dealing with cover/concealment. The part about always hitting your target in a grapple I don't think is replicated elsewhere, but I don't believe it comes up all that often, and it's such an obscure rule that most people forget to roll for it.
