Changing stats when leveling up on paper

I do not understand how you are supposed to alter your characters stats on paper.

Yep... Pretty sure they mean something other than this...
Although for the life of me I don't have a clue.

Print a new sheet every 4 levels (slightly more often for Rogues and Fighters)
