is there a way to speed up handle animal checks to push?

ever since the aspect of the wolf turns your type to animal, I've been playing with ways to abuse that. Is there a way to get the push an animal aspect of the skull down to a move action?

The closest thing I can think of is to be the familiar of an arcane hierophant, but I forget how to abuse the familiar rules to get there. Someone wiser on the board might know.
