I was thinking of a character, probably level 9, who will be fighter 4, rogue 5+.

Only 4 levels of fighter.

For fighter bonus feats she would have weapon focus, and weapon specialization (dagger). As well as two weapon fighting. She would take weapon finesse, point blank shot, and precise shot. then improved feint.

she would dual wield two daggers.

the fighter levels grant an improved bab, improved fort save, and add extra feats.

the best part of this is she has good attack without needing to focus on strength.

The worst part is the four levels gone.

Is there any way i can improve this? Anything i should change.

I plan on not focusing on con, and going for dexterity and charisma mostly.
With average int and con, that looks good.

Don't take the Weapon Focus line, unless you plan on sticking with fighter all the way and taking the feats from PHBII.

No, seriously. Weapon Focus is a terrible waste of a feat. Take something better, like Weapon Finesse.

Looks like a fun build, rather than an overpowering one. Might want to go R7/F2 instead though (rogue at 1st level for colossal skill point cheatery). That loses you the Weapon Spec. feat, but ups your sneak attack damage by a die.

You PrCing into Invisible Blade (CW) at later levels?

MY DM READ THAT!

crap.

stupid psions.

I like the idea of getting more sneak attack and dropping weapon spec.

I've just never made a dual-wielder with weapon spec. before, and thought it would be cool.

Good what about:

R3/F2/R2/Nightsong Enforcer x.

1 Weapon Finesse
1 Improved Initiative
3 TWF
4 Combat Expertise
5 Improved Faint
6 Dual Strike (Depends if your DM lets you TWF as a standard action)
9 Improved TWF
12 Telling Blow
15 Improved Crit

I'd go for Kukris instead of Daggers.
At least Short Swords over daggers.

Nightsong Enforcer is in Complete Adventurer.
Some important things it gets you:
Full BaB
Only 4d6 Sneak attack over 10 LvLs.
D8 hp & 4skills/LvL

He can't take weapon finesse at first level. He needs +1 BAB.
