Can a zombie dragon (Draconomicon) full attack, seeing as the option exists in their combat unlike the normal zombie template.

No, the zombie dragon template carries the same limitation on actions as the regular zombie, which means full-attacks are off the table. Don't trust stat blocks.

They still have Slow (Ex) so they only have a standard action or a move action and thus they can't normally take a full round action. If you can get around that (such as through Pounce + Partial Charge), then sure. But that's hard.

Casting Haste doesn't exactly work by RAW, but it would be pretty reasonable to allow it.

Zombie dragons HAVE a full attack set, they just cannot USE it outside special situations. Awaken one and have it take 2 barbarian levels, or an undead feral half-dragon.

This one.

Interestingly though, Zombie dragons explicitly retain full BAB and save progression. Awaken it, take power attack, and laugh as you PA for +40 damage.

They also retain their saves, so they do not immediately turn into a puddle of Jell-O when targeted by Polymorph.

You want your silver dragon to be using the paralysis breath anyway. All your minions are immune and it is a powerful save or die.

And zombie dragons are quite fast for zombies. They keep their fly speed, so.can charge 300ft over difficult ground and make a single attack in one round. Nasty when one expects to be able to outrun the zombies.

How about to apply the Fast Zombie variant (from the Libris Mortis)?

Um he said that?

Emphasis mine.

They keep their large hd pool and theie good fort save. They lose their con to fort, reducing their fort save significantly. That said, a zombie dragon has a higher fort save than a zombie of another creature of comparable hd. They also tend to come in large hd packages.

Many necromancer players will dedicate most of their control pool to a single zombie dragon or keep as high of a hd version under control undead as they can turn. In a desicrated are with an alter that means 4xhd. Your zombie dragon may have a better fort save than you do.

No RAW way of guaranteeing being able to apply that unless your DM okays it. But if he has handed you a Dragon Corpse, sure.

Aside from dipping Barbarian to get pounce, the complicated way would be to awaken it, then take undead meldshaping, shape soulmeld for the pounce-granting soulmeld, and the open least chakra feat

Polymorph targets a living creature.

I really should take the time to fully read posts and accurately respond-I should have put in 'Polymorph effects'. :smallsigh:

Could use PAO.
