3.5e Building an NPC and looking for premad NPCs stats blocks.

Hello guys :)

In 2 IRL weeks the party will get to the Dwarf Capital as a tool for diplomacy(they will need to do some work for the Crafting-non fighting Dwarf kingdom(more accurately this Dwarf kingdom is full with non-fighters)).

I want to make them meat a NPC that took control of a faind(I think a demon will fit best) and cage it in his body(He will make some problems in the mines at his weakly day of fighting for control with the demon).

I was thinking on making him a refluff CG warlock but I will like to find a class that don't need refluffing, I want him to be at level 9+-.


I also look for some NPC for enemies and allys(they will help the dwarfs with problems with below and the main problem will be draws).

I will like help with finding a source for NPCs.

My suggestion would be to use Pathfinder's statted NPCs. Just subtract 1 from their CR or something. I don't remember how to convert CRs but it's not that important.
