Will Holy Weapon stack with the various smite spells? Also, will it stack with the cleric feature divine strike?
Can you stack it with magic weapon as well?

What are other possible spells you could stack with it?

Because Holy Weapon is a concentration spell, you cannot cast other spells that require concentration at the same time. So all the smite spells are ruled out, as are Hex and Hunter's Mark.
However, if an ally casts Holy Weapon and then gives you that weapon, there is nothing stopping you from using any of the aforementioned spells.

The cleric feature divine strike will work, yes, and any magic capabilities the weapon already has will continue to function.

SCAG cantrips, an option if you don't have extra attack already

One of the weirdest things about Holy Weapon is that the spell does not restrict the weapon to only being wielded by the caster, but the last part of the spell seems to assume so. When the caster uses a bonus action to dismiss the spell, the burst of light affects creatures within 30 feet of them, regardless of where the weapon is.

Be sure to work out how your DM wants to play this. If the explosion happens at the weapon, then one could cast the spell on a dart and make a holy rocket launcher. If the burst always comes from the caster, then it just gives them a panic button if a creature threatens to break their concentration.

Perhaps the best synergy of the spell is to cast it on a weapon wielded by a fighter. More attacks means more uses of those 2d8s.

I would be most likely casting it on someone else's weapon. Kind of a bummer that it is concentration. Would
be great to cast it on a hasted tank and just let them go to town.

Does Holy Weapon also work on bows? It did not specify melee type weapons so you would think it would work on all weapons.

DracoKnight and I discovered that a Level 11 Paladin can actually one-shot Strahd with Holy Weapon (via a friendly Cleric) under the right circumstances.

By one-shot, I mean take him out in one turn. Not one single weapon swing.

If you have time to prepare, a Glyph Spell can be used to maintain Concentration, but that requires a second 5th level spell slot and an hour.
