PHB says i can end my concentration on my spell at anytime (no action required). Can I end concentration on a spell if it's not my turn? I got a 'yes' on the raw thread. I'm thinking about delayed blast fireball in particular. Can I really end the concentration even when it's not my turn, interrupting someone else's turn and causing damage right then and there?
