Greetings, all!

Which shapeshifting abilities grant all the form's feats since they're Ex abilities? Exalted Wild Shape and shapechange explicitly grant all the new form's (Ex) abilities. Do these grant feats? What about other shapeshifting abilities?

If there is feats that grants extraordinary special attacks then polymorph allows to get those attacks when polymorphing in a creature that have such feats
Also since alter self gives you the racial bonus feats of the new shape then all spells of the polymorph line does too(such as polymorph and polymorph and object and draconic polymorph and shapechange)

Keep in mind that you don't get a form's chosen feats, as they aren't a merit of the form, but rather a learned ability. I believe you do get bonus feats though.

Feat bonus is only acquired when it is the result of a racial trait and the type is changed to that of the creature. Remembering that if this happens, you lose your own racial traits (and a feat, if human).

Unfortunately few forms of shapechange grants talents ... But there are exceptions:

Wild shape (Elemental - Druid 16) - Adds elemental talents to your own.

Polymorph sub-school - almost all spells exchange your talents for the assumed form (unless otherwise stated in the descriptive text).
