Is there anyway for one character to cast a Scrying spell, then have another character see the results of the Scrying spell as well? Or is it completely limited to the person casting the spell and no others can see?

By RAW it doesn't say explicitly that other can see just you.

However is is worth noting that scrying heavily implies that it enchants a focus with your scrying spell who's view is determined by a magical sensor you create. By RAI anyone who observes your focus should also be able to see what the scrying spell is broadcasting.

Essentially it's a CCTV camera that follows someone around and the focus is the monitor it transmits to.

Heh, because the material components are jokes like that.

If your DM doesn't allow others to look in on your sensor, the image line of spells could probably recreate it, and there is probably some enchantment somewhere that could implant the memory.

By RAW, scrying is pointless anyway as it still requires line of effect. Fortunately, no one follows RAW on this or similar spells, only RAI.

Perhaps have the additional viewer cast Chain of Eyes on the scryer?
