I'm intrested in deformity, depravity, taint, elder evils and similar. What source does provide it? Is it a single book or number of them?

those varied mechanics are spread among books.
one of them I believe is heroes of horror.
The two first versions of taint were in Oriental Adventures and in Unearthed Arcana then there was a new version in Heroes of horror.

There are a number of books and sources for such rules. There were some interesting taint rules in unearthed arcana. I believe that they were revised and expanded in heroes of horror but I don't have that book so I can't be sure.

The three best sources for what you're looking for are Heroes of Horror, Elder Evils, and Book of Vile Darkness (a 3.0 source). There are others that add to the pile, but I believe the bulk of what you're looking for is in those three.

Deformity: BoVD
Taint*: HoH & UA
Elder Evils: Elder Evils
Corrupt Spells: BoVD & Dragon Magazine #300
*Depravity is part of the HoH Taint

The most relevant books to look at are: Book of Vile Darkness, Elder Evils, Exemplars of Evil and Heroes of Horror. Fiendish Codex I, Fiendish Codex II, Libris Mortis, Drow of the Underdark, Champions of Ruin and Lords of Darkness couldn't hurt, either.

Vile feats (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/feats&tablefilter=vile&tablesort=1)are spread across various books.

Taint: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/campaigns/taint.htm

Sanity: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/campaigns/sanity.htm

Those are alternative (and I think previous) versions of the Heroes of Horror rules, freely available thanks to Unearthed Arcana being OGL-content.

Taint is from the Rokugan setting of CCG/LCG/RPG Legend of the 5 Rings.
All realms (planes) have what you can call jealousy, that is an innate, permeating effect that affects all creatures in that realm. The jealousy of the realm of mortals, for instance, is mortality. Some realms are more jealous than others and Jigoku (hell) is one of the most jealous, and its jealousy is called Taint. Taint spread in a major way to the Realm of Mortals when Fu Leng fell from Heaven, through the mortal realm and to hell, leaving a literal hole to hell. In addition to demons, the Taint infested the area around the Festering Pit, leading to the creation of the Shadowlands, a nightmarish hell on earth. While Taint can be called upon outside of the Shadowlands and can spontaneously pop up in people, incidence and severity does get stronger the closer your are to the Pit.

When Rokugan was chosen as the default oriental setting for 3.0's Oriental Adventures (instead of a more logical choice like Kara-tur) they introduced a nerfed version of the Taint to d20. None of the d20 variants do true justice to the Taint or the Shadowlands.

From experience: I can say the unearthed arcana version of taint works VASTLY differently from the Heroes of Horror version; so be sure and clear about which you're using. The Unearthed Arcana version can destroy a mid-level character with just a few points, so be careful about it.

Or combine the effects of the two and have fun destroying characters with just a few points.

Yes... that happened too... We corrected for that, though.

Champions of Ruin (a 3.0 book) and Exemplars of Evil also touch on some of what you want. The main three are going to be Elder Evils, Lords of Madness, and Heroes of Horror.
There's a lot of source material for taint, mutation, and game-ending things from beyond. Are you looking for a comprehensive list or more of a "narrow this down to the best book picks because I'm on a budget/the DM doesn't like playing Splat roulette"?

Taint spawns naturally in the world and, if absolutely necessary, can be created by dumping items into a crucible at random and then emptying the contents of the crucible into the environment. It can be removed by planting Silverwood trees or Ethereal Bloom flowers nearby.
