Is there a complete Cleric spell list out there that includes all of the Cleric spells from all of the 3.5 books, arranged by level? Surely someone has made one. I have an Excel document with a bunch of spells in it but I think it's only core stuff plus maybe one or two other books. It'd be really handy to have it all compiled together for when I pick spells for the day.

I've compiled one (well, sort of; it's based on a document I fou d online where someone tried to do this and gave up, and I went in and filled in all of the spells from the books they were missing {plus about a third of the Spell Compendium, which is apparently what the original author was up to when they gave up}) but I don't know where best to upload it. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to get acquainted with IMarvin (http://www.imarvintpa.com/dndLive/FindSpell.php).

Lowest Level Versions of Spells (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?445204-Lowest-level-versions-of-spells) (click to show spoiler on the first post) is every divine spell by level, with Cleric spells listed separate from other classes. That list was originally compiled for Archivist (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20051007a&page=3) characters.
