Who?
Kelemvor maybe?
Iīm pretty sure I have seen that symbol before (the skull with the sun) but I canīt tell where.
Forgive me if it is not related to D&D at all.

That's who he's talking about, by the way. I was confused at first too, but I saw that he goofed on the code when trying to make an image.

It's not Kelemvor. His symbol is a skeletal arm with scales:

https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/forgottenrealms/images/6/6e/Kelemvor_symbol.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20060320202707

I'll see if I can find the skull thingy elsewhere.

Wee Jas' symbol is a skull with a fireball in the background. Sounds like that may be it,

Ran the image URL through tineye; it appears to be an original piece that traces back to a DeviantArt account here. (https://hellstern.deviantart.com/art/SoullesS-87384498) Doesn't seem to be intended to be a D&D piece; if I had to fit it to anything, Wee Jas seems reasonable. Her symbol is a skull in front of a fireball, or sometimes just a red/ruby skull - a design of a skull featuring a ruby or a star/sunburst kind of design would be a reasonable variation. The patterning on the rest of the breastplate seems like it might be intended to evoke flames as well - I wouldn't bat an eye if you told me that guy was a Ruby Knight Vindicator.

Agreed. Hellstern appears to be the artist who drew this and from the comments, it sounds like this is her OC. I don't see a name for the guy anywhere...

Wow, thanks for the research, trully apreciated.
Although... those 6 figures behind... I see the "destiny Weavers" there, which are actually Kelemvor's allies.

Whenever someone is rollin for life/death Kelemvor is there, watching. Can use this to feed plot stuff at somepoint, even granting one automatic success.
Kelemvor won't talk, the old hags will. They can see... they can foresee... all the posibilities... all the paths... which ones will the character take?

If I even use this I'll make sure that player realize that the vast majority the threads that the Weavers are pulling out of the air seem to be really short.

Click around a bit, you arrive here (https://hellstern.deviantart.com/art/From-light-to-darkness-33129754)!

If that's the same guy - and ... it is - then his name is Ashgan Stark. Unless I'm being foolish and misunderstanding.

Every time you see a pick and want to know more about it just left click and choose reverse image search 9/10 you get results. :smallamused:

Cyric, Prince of Lies is the god with a skull in sun. Became a God when he took the powers or Bane, Bhaal and Myrkul in the Time of Troubles. Started the Spellplague when he killed Mystra goddess of magic.

That's not official though, that's just some rando DM stealing an image from DeviantArt to give their players a point of reference.

The original image is a (presumably) non-D&D original character called Ashgan Stark, as Kaptin Keen dug up.

Yeah, but the symbol on the dude isn't the symbol of Cyric (https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/frc/images/c/c0/Cyric_symbol2.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20120715115811), even if they bear superficial similarities.

Digging deeper in it seem to be part of project for a comicbook called Nettlebite by Hellstern

Nothing to do with D&D or Forgotten Realms

Moot now, since it's been found, but I was going to guess it was a Magic card. Specifically, something from Ravnica, from the white-and-black guild.

Different Mystra, she dies every time they need a new cataclysm.

The gods of the Forgotten Realms must have a huge refrigerator somewhere on the Astral Plane that's just full of Mystras... :smalleek:

Until I realised that Mystra is apparently a cat*, I was kinda confused by the conversation about whether she was killed by Cyric or Helm, because I was thinking "Wait, wasn't it Karsus?"

Multiple lives? No?

Mystra is more a title than a name. Wasn't one Mystra called Midnight as a mortal?

yes, and i think thats the most recent one.. after cyric stabbed her up, good ol' Elminster went and found midnight, and joined her to mystra, restoring her.. i think thats also where the 'dark' mystra came from..
