So Quick an Easy Break down
(any race) White Dragonspawn
Class levels: Sorcerer 9
Flaw Feat: Snowcasting
Flaw Feat: Energy Substitution [Electricity]
Lvl 1 feat: Energy Substitution [Acid]
Lvl 3 feat: Energy Substitution [Fire]
Lvl 6 feat: Invisible Spell
Lvl 9 feat: Arcane Thesis [Arcane Fusion]

I cast a ES [Fire+Acid+Electricity], Invisible Arcane Fusion as a lvl 1 spell.
With it I cast One ES [Fire, Acid, Electricity], Invisible Arcane Fusion and another lvl 4 or lower spell I know
...
You can see were I am going with this?
Is this possible?

Disclaimer: I know I am probably not original with this idea, but I haven't really seen it anywhere. which is why I am asking

EDIT: Nevermind, doesn't work due to Arcane thesis not reducing a spell below it base level

There's a version of this that works without so much metamagic, though:
Round 1:Arcane Spellsurge.
Round 2:Arcane Fusion(1st level spell+Sanctum Arcane Fusion(1st level spell+Sanctum Arcane Fusion..........))
If you have the Rapid Metamagic feat, you can skip round 1.

Note that arcane fusion was nerfed severely in the errata.

How so? The only mention of it that I can find in the errata is something that has very minimal affect on it's function for these purposes (though it is why I need to add Arcane Spellsurge or Rapid Metamagic).

This doesn't work because Sanctum Arcane Fusion takes a 5th level slot.

A sanctum spell uses a spell slot of the spell's normal level.
The level adjustment effect of Sanctum only occurs 'if cast', so it is not a
4th-level or lower sorcerer spell you know. Instead it is a 5th level spell that if cast has an effect as a 4th level or 6th level spell.
